Returns

You can return your item within 7 days, providing it contains the original box & packaging, labels and is the same condition it went out in.

If you receive a product damaged in transit or faulty. Please take photograph evidence of the damage and contact us. We will send out a replacement unit.

Just like a car needs oil your Guitar, Ukulele or other instrument. The fret-board will need maintaining using lemon oil.
